Meet Our Team


  • ANGELA MACK

    Clinical Audiologist

    Angela  received  an  MSc  in   Audiology  from  Manchester  University  and  came  to  Australia  in  2011,  with  almost  30  years’  experience  as  an   Audiologist  in  the  UK.  She  is  responsible  for  establishing  Attune  Audiology  Clinics  in  Western  Australia.

    During   her  time  in  Australia  she  has  worked  as  a  paediatric  and  complex  hearing  loss  specialist  for  Australian  Hearing  and  managed   the  Balance  and  Implant  and  Balance  Services  at  the  Ear  Science  Institute,  Australia.  She  has  always  maintained  a  clinical  role  and  has  provided  services  to  remote  and  indigenous  populations.

    She  became  Head  of  a  large  Audiology Department  at  Royal  Bolton  Hospital  in  1994  and  was  awarded  a  Certificate  in  Health  Service  Management  in  1995.

    During  her  career  she  has  been  actively  involved  in  the  education, training  and  assessment  of  Audiologists  and  was  a  founder  member  of  the  North  West  School  of  Audiology.  She  played  a  key  role  in  the  development  of  National  Occupational  Standards  and  on-line  training modules.

    She  has  extensive  experience  in  hearing  rehabilitation  and  a  special  interest  in  diagnostic  audiology,  particularly  balance  and  paediatric  investigations  and  working  with  clients  with  an  intellectual  disability.

  • DR. AMNA ASIF

    GP

    Dr Amna completed MBBS from Pakistan, in 2005 she completed her internship & worked in general medicine before moving to Australia. Dr Amna has worked in general medicine and emergency medicine with both adults and paediatrics’ in Tasmania, Rockingham and Joondalup. Dr Amna has a special interest in paediatrics, women’s health and chronic diseases.

  • DR KEVIN PYLE

    Psychologist

    Dr. Pyle received his PhD in Clinical Psychology in Berkeley California. In his 40 years of work in the field of Clinical Psychology he has been among other things, the Clinical Director of Paediatric Services in a California based Psychiatric Hospital, overseen the out of home placement of children and youth for the State of Hawaii and integrated an award winning Mental Health Services program in the school system located on Kauai, Hawaii.

    In 2003 Dr. Pyle was admitted to the United Who’s Who of America in the Field of Psychology.

    During his time in California, Dr. Pyle worked with Dr. Daniel Amen leading author and researcher in the field of ADHD utilising Neurofeedback and Biofeedback computerised technology. It was during this time that Dr. Pyle came to understand the complimentary nature of Biofeedback and CBT training in the treatment of anxiety.

    Dr. Pyle is a member of the Clinical College of the Australian Psychological Society and a Medicare provider as a Clinical Psychologist and has been in private practice here in Australia since 2008.

  • Tara Winston

    Registered Nurse

    Tara  studies  a  bachelor  of  nursing  at  ECU  Joondalup,  she  has  a  special   interest  in  immunisation  and  minor  procedures. She  enjoys  community  health  nursing  and  wishes  to  enhance  her  community  health  care  by  undertaking  further  university  courses  in  the  future.

    Shae studied at OHCWA, graduating with a certificate III in dental assisting in 2014. She has been  with us here at (Pearsall/Alkimos) Dental since 2015. In her spare time she likes to relax and listening to  live music.

  • DR.GEMMA HUNT

    Podiatrist

    Gemma has 16 years’ experience as a Podiatrist and is the mother of two small boys. She graduated from Sunderland University in the UK and her career has spanned England and Australia.

    Gemma travelled with the Red Bull team for the Ryder Cup in 2006 and worked as a senior Podiatrist in the Chronic Disease Management team at Perth hospitals. She now runs 3 podiatry clinics at Pearsall, Alkimos and Yanchep. Gemma is also a certificate 2 accredited barefoot training specialist.

    Gemma is experienced in dry needling and rock blades newest techniques.

  • DR ROBERT GREEN

    GP

    Dr Robert Green is a GP who has a specialist interest in ENT. He qualified from Southampton University (UK) in 2006 and spent four years working in a busy District General Hospital, with two of these years spent as an ENT Senior House Officer. During this time he was trained by two specialist ENT surgeons and learned both clinic based and surgical ENT techniques.

    He then spent three years training to become a GP in Hampshire, England after which he became a partner in a suburban practice. He also practiced as a GP with Specialist Interest (GPSI) in ENT for the local health service during this time.He is also trained in Dermoscopy, skin biopsies, minor surgery and shoulder injections.

    In 2016, he migrated to Western Australia with his family where he continues to practice as a GP. He is also an accredited GP trainer and holds specialist registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Authority.

  • DR BEN BANWAIT

    Dr. Banwait is a General Practitioner and has a special interest in  the following:  Chronic illness management, mole checks and minor  surgery, Dermatology, Chronic pain management, Workplace injuries and  Cosmetic medicine (wrinkle relaxers and dermal fillers).

     
  • Koedee 

    Receptionist

    Koedee  relocated  from  New  Zealand  to  Perth  5  years  ago  and  has  been  with  us  at  Alkimos  Medical  Centre  since  it  opened  in  August  2015. In  her  spare  time  Koedee  enjoys  being  at  the  beach  and  walking  her  dog.

  • DR REZA SHOAEE POSHTEH

    GP

    Dr. Reza completed his Medical Education in Iran and had been practicing as a GP there for over 10 years before he moved to Western Australia. He joined Alkimos Medical Centre in 2017.

    While practicing as a Generalist, Dr. Reza has a special interest in the ongoing Management of Chronic Illnesses, Child and Adolescent Health and Elderly Care.

    Dr Reza is well versed in English and Farsi languages.

  • Emily Omodei

    Emily Omodei

    Practicing Dietitian

    BSc of Health Science (Nutrition)

    Masters Nutrition and Dietitics (Edith Cowan University)

    Emily is intrinsically driven as a Dietitian to help her patients any way she can. She strives to not only assist her patients with improving their overall health and weight management, she will assist each patient in overcoming their barriers by helping them work through the issues that stop them from achieving their goals.

    Emily has a keen interest in Type 1 Diabetes, coeliac, low salt diets, heart healthy eating, vegetarian and vegan diets. Other experiences include undertaking research in fatty acid consumption and blood biomarkers, she piloted a pregnancy nutrition program in 2016 and has worked with other colleagues to design a multiple-allergen menu for inpatients.

  • DR FAI HILDITCH

    GP

    Dr  Fai  Hilditch  has  been  working  at  Alkimos  medical  centre  since  February  2016.

    She  did  her  medical  training  at  the  University  of  Sheffield  medical  school  in  the  UK  and  graduated  in  1998.  Following  this  she  worked  as  a  junior  doctor  at  the  Northern  General  hospital  in  Sheffield  for  a  year  prior  to  commencing  her  general  practice  training.

    In  2002  she  became  a  member  of  the  Royal  College  of  General  Practitioners.  She  has  worked  in  busy  city  practices  in  Lincoln  and Sheffield  in  the  UK  before  moving  to  Australia  in  January  2016  with  her  husband  and  2  children.

    She  is  interested  in  all  aspects  of  general  practice  but  has  a  particular  interest  in  women’s  health,  contraception,  dermatology  and minor  surgery.
