An appointment for a standard consultation will be made with your preferred doctor or the next available doctor, depending on your preference.
Extended consultations are available on request. If you anticipate that your consultation will be long, please advise the receptionist when making the appointment.
Our appointments are 100% Bulk Billed, means no out-of-pocket expense to you for any consultations!
We do not charge any cancellation fee. However, we would appreciate as much notice as possible to enable us to reschedule the day for other patients.

Medical certificates are available for yourself or for someone under your care, which can be requested at the time of consultation with your doctor. However, medical certificates cannot be back dated.

Chronic disease refers to illnesses that persist rather than those conditions that resolve after a single episode. These conditions can be the following: asthma, diabetes, heart disease, emphysema and kidney disease. Management of these conditions can be complex, but good management can make a big difference in reducing the risk of complications and maintaining good health overall.
Care plans facilitate the best possible management of a chronic disease. The care plans or GP management plans involve a detailed assessment of your current symptoms and treatment followed by identifying ways to improve based on best practice guidelines. Care plans are usually undertaken 6 monthly or annually depending on the severity of your chronic disease.
Best care for many chronic conditions is facilitated by a team of health care providers, including specialists, pharmacists and allied health professionals. Your GP plays a pivotal role in coordinating this care to ensure the best possible outcome for you.

Health assessments are a Medicare initiative aimed at allowing people who may be at risk of illness or who are in a particular age bracket, to have a comprehensive health assessment completed. Healthy Kids Checks
Healthy Kids Check is for every four year old child in Australia. The Healthy Kids Check will promote early detection of lifestyle risk factors, delayed development and illness, and introduce guidance for healthy lifestyles and early intervention strategies.
45 to 49 Year Old Health Checks
This health check is targeted at people between the age of 45 and 49 years of age (inclusive) who are at risk of developing a chronic disease. A chronic disease or condition includes the following but is not limited to – asthma, diabetes, mental health conditions, arthritis, musculoskeletal conditions, cancer, cardiovascular illness.
Over 75 Years of Age Health Checks
This is an annual health assessment for those in this age group. Comprehensive medical assessment for residents in age care facilities. This is an annual assessment completed onsite at the aged care facility.
Type 2 Diabetes Risk Evaluation
