  • Dr Pasha Javani

    GP
      MD, MRCGP(UK), FRACG (Australia) Dr Pasha Javani is a UK qualified GP with a vast multicultural background. He's Iranian by descent but he grew up in Sweden and since has had the opportunity to live in many countries including UK, USA, Caribbean and South Africa. His diverse background along with his international experiences has allowed him to mature into a GP that can easily understand and relate to people. He's trilingual and can speak Swedish and Farsi fluently. He can also carry basic conversation in Afrikaans. Dr Pasha spends most of his free time with his two children. But, if time allows he will be on a golf course or cycling. Dr Pasha has been practising medicine for over 10 years. He has an interest in all aspects of General Practice. He also brings certain special interests to Alkimos Medical Centre. These include:
    • Chronic Disease Management
    • Musculoskeletal and sports medicine
    • Skin conditions and minor surgeries
    • Ingrown toenail surgery
    • Hair loss treatment and procedures
    • Mental health conditions
  • DR FAI HILDITCH

    GP

    Dr  Fai  Hilditch  has  been  working  at  Alkimos  medical  centre  since  February  2016.

    She  did  her  medical  training  at  the  University  of  Sheffield  medical  school  in  the  UK  and  graduated  in  1998.  Following  this  she  worked  as  a  junior  doctor  at  the  Northern  General  hospital  in  Sheffield  for  a  year  prior  to  commencing  her  general  practice  training.

    In  2002  she  became  a  member  of  the  Royal  College  of  General  Practitioners.  She  has  worked  in  busy  city  practices  in  Lincoln  and Sheffield  in  the  UK  before  moving  to  Australia  in  January  2016  with  her  husband  and  2  children.

    She  is  interested  in  all  aspects  of  general  practice  but  has  a  particular  interest  in  women’s  health,  contraception,  dermatology  and minor  surgery.

  • Dr. Richard Marston

    GP

    MBBS, FRACGP Doctor Richard Marston (MBiochem, MB Bchir, FRACGP) is a GP from the UK with specialist interests in mens health, sexual dysfunction and chronic disease management. He attended the University of Cambridge Medical School and completed his specialist training in general practice in 2017. He has been a practicing doctor in Australia since this time. Prior to a life in medicine, he completed his undergraduate and masters degree in biochemistry at the University of Oxford before making the career transition.

      MBChB Hons FRACGP - Graduated The University of Liverpool 2006 - Junior doctor at Warrington General Hospital - Worked as a Salaried GP Worsley Cheshire - Became a partner at The Sides MC Worsley Cheshire in 2014. 18,000 patient practice - Moved to Australia 2017 Special Interests: - Paediatrics - Women's Health - Gastroenterology - Mental Health  
  • Dr Imon Chakraborty

    GP
      Obtained medical degree at Cambridge University and Imperial College London before working in wide variety hospital specialties including spinal injuries and neurorehabilitation.       Worked as a GP partner in UK overseeing 4 surgeries for 9 years and oversaw diabetes management, child and adult safeguarding and prescribing in which time represented East and North Herts as regional lead for chronic disease management.       Imon moved to Australia in 2018 to work as GP in order be able to focus more purely on patient care and has maintained a keen interest in chronic condition management and diabetes.    
  • Dr Yashika De Silva

      MBBS, FRACGP Dr Yashika De Silva, graduated from a Sri Lankan medical school. She migrated to Australia after her marriage and completed the Australian Medical Council exams before commencing work in Australia as a General Practitioner.     Special interests : Women's health, Paediatrics, General Medicine.  
  • DR KEVIN PYLE

    Psychologist

    Dr. Pyle received his PhD in Clinical Psychology in Berkeley California. In his 40 years of work in the field of Clinical Psychology he has been among other things, the Clinical Director of Paediatric Services in a California based Psychiatric Hospital, overseen the out of home placement of children and youth for the State of Hawaii and integrated an award winning Mental Health Services program in the school system located on Kauai, Hawaii.

    In 2003 Dr. Pyle was admitted to the United Who’s Who of America in the Field of Psychology.

    During his time in California, Dr. Pyle worked with Dr. Daniel Amen leading author and researcher in the field of ADHD utilising Neurofeedback and Biofeedback computerised technology. It was during this time that Dr. Pyle came to understand the complimentary nature of Biofeedback and CBT training in the treatment of anxiety.

    Dr. Pyle is a member of the Clinical College of the Australian Psychological Society and a Medicare provider as a Clinical Psychologist and has been in private practice here in Australia since 2008.

    We all know some aspects of our lives are a pain in the foot! Nicola has an answer for foot pain, nail surgery, biomechanics assessment, foot care (adults and children) , preventative diabetic foot-care and orthotics. Graduating and working in the U.K, Nicola has over 10 years experience, is AHPRA registered as well as a member of the APA. She loves what she does and making a difference to her patients makes her happy.

    Special interests : Orthotics, Diabetic foot care, Nail surgery, Adult/paediatric foor care, Biomechanics assessments.

    Postgraduate Masters Nutrition & Dietetics - Edith Cowan University Joondalup Emily is a highly organised, friendly and approachable Accredited Practising Dietitian. Emily is confident in both assessing client's nutritional needs and developing and implementing nutrition programs. Emily possesses the ability to communicate complex and sensitive information about dietary matters in an understandable form to patients, providing education and advice.

    Emily assists her patients in reaching personal lifestyle goals through coaching clients to overcome their barriers and issues that have previously stopped them in the past.

    Emily is also experienced in delivering Type 2 Diabetes group programs.

  • Tara Winston

    Registered Nurse

    Tara  studies  a  bachelor  of  nursing  at  ECU  Joondalup,  she  has  a  special   interest  in  immunisation  and  minor  procedures. She  enjoys  community  health  nursing  and  wishes  to  enhance  her  community  health  care  by  undertaking  further  university  courses  in  the  future.
