Alkimos Medical Centre is a Mixed Billing Practice
Alkimos Medical Centre is a mixed billing Practice – Children 15 years and under, patients over 65, and patients holding a current Health Care Card, Pension Card, or DVA Gold Card are bulk-billed.*
Some medical procedures and medical reports may incur a gap payment.
Weekends and public holidays are privately billed regardless of age or concession.
Please note as of 1st November, 2023, All workers compensation appointments must be paid in full on the day. You will be provided with a receipt at the time of payment to take to your employee/insurance company for claiming.

Appointments
DNA fees are $70.00 for single appointments and $140.00 for double appointments.
A minimum fee starting from $70 applies for missed appointments (DNA – Did Not Attend) and appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours’ notice.
Double appointments may incur a higher fee, starting from $140.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify reception at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
